Free Wi-Fi in the office.

Walk ins welcome however, patients with appointment are called first if a walk in is waiting at the same time. Patients who do not cancel/ change their appointment at least 24 hours in advance will be billed a nominal $5.00. Please note other practices bill a full visit.

Please give us at least 24 hours (working day) for prescription refills although most requests are handled much sooner.

Referrals, chart copies and detailed form handling require at least 5 business days. As far as paid form handling, do understand that you are paying only for the doctor to fill that form with his information/ opinion. Paying for this service does not guarantee that the information will be favorable to you (e.g. disability determination).
